July 1 will mark eleven years since Liberia’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission published its report. But not only have its main recommendations not been implemented, the Commission’s archives remain at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States, making them - like access to justice - all but inaccessible to Liberians.
