Junglers

After eight years of exile Bora Colley, a former “Jungler” member of President Yahya Jammeh’s hit squad, last month turned himself in to the Gambia Armed Forces. The event raises several questions, both in terms of border security and the government’s willingness to try Junglers, several of whom having already been released.
