Genocide in Rwanda : Bucyibaruta guilty by complicity

Former Rwandan prefect Laurent Bucyibaruta was sentenced on July 12 by a Paris court to 20 years in prison for complicity in genocide. The former civil servant was acquitted as a main perpetrator of the 1994 genocide of the Tutsis in Rwanda.
